Challenge

Managing one hospital or one hundred hospitals requires access to information. The problem most technicians, managers, directors, and Vice Presidents of Operations face is that each of these professionals requires information in a different format, order, filter, or summary. While a VP of Operations may want to see the workload of the hospital’s technicians, the individual technician will want to view his or her own workload. Often frustrated and mired in the details of extracting data into information can leave no time to analyze and act on the information. A director of biomedical engineering may want to view his or her department’s work performance, equipment breakdown rates, etc., but will not want this information clouded with the Facility Management Data.

These are just some of the questions answered immediately by EQ2’s Web Dashboard. Graphical and summary information are presented on the dashboard.
